Bertoia Bird Chair

Harry Bertoia's 1952 Seating Collection includes the magnificent Bird Chair and coordinating ottoman. Born of an experiment with bending metal rods into art, these pieces are inventive and comfortable. Their appearance is delicate, yet the Chair and Ottoman are strong and durable. In Bertoia's own words, "If you look at these chairs, they are mainly made of air, like sculpture. Space passes through them." Select from three finishes and a range of upholstery textiles and colors.
