Modular House in Maleny By architect Sparks

The concept behind the renovation and expansion of this house started with a remanent concrete block wall of a house in Maleny, on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Structure of the building facing the inland hills and down to Brisbane aims to provide a sustainable retreat for a couple of retirees who like to entertain. Designed by architect Sparks with the selection of materials, including 60-year-old recycled wood from telegraph poles.
