Contemporary House in Desert Hot Springs by Marmol Radziner

Los Angeles-based architectural firm Marmol Radziner has designed the Desert House, a prototype prefab home located in Desert Hot Springs in California. Built as a vacation home for Leo Marmol’s family, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 2,100 square feet of indoor living space, and an additional 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space.
