Herbie, Ceramic Home Garden by Scoope Design

This project was commissioned by the The Order of Friars Minor of Assisi with the specific intent to create an object to be given to families in order to promote the cultivation of herbs in homes and indoors; We called it Herbie. Herbie is composed of four vessels which are independent and removable from the base plate in which they rest, each one of its elements recalls to shapes of vegetable origin and they are part of an ensemble of forms that can be composed in a more personal way when they are separated from the base. Featuring a dynamic and open form and function, capable of changing and adapting to new circumstances and needs, its primary use is accompanied by other ways other ways to function, a centerpiece, a fruit bowl… Made of white glazed ceramic is produced and distributed by the Italian manufacturer Botteganove.
