Holiday Baking Classes at the St. Regis

St. Regis is celebrating the holiday season with hands-on baking classes led by renowned pastry chefs at two of its East Coast locations. Located only two blocks from the White House and dating back to the mid-1920s, the St. Regis Washington, D.C. will host a Thanksgiving-themed class November 13 and a winter-inspired class December 4, where noted pastry chef Fabrice Bendano, will lead private classes of about 14 through the preparation of seasonal desserts like pumpkin and chestnut macaroons, almond financier cakes, and chocolate souffles.
