Greenwich Village Townhouse

This landmark 1852 Greenwich Village, New York townhouse was remodeled by Melander Architects. Over the past several years the home had been subdivided into rental units and the client wished to return it to a single family dwelling with a street level flat. The new design maintains the home’s rich historical details, yet provides contrast by incorporating new architectural elements.
