Playtime, Concrete Tile by Xiral Segard

The concrete tile Playtime designed by Xiral Segard is an adaptation and reinterpretation of the traditional technique of marquetry. The designer plays with geometric and counter-forms in concrete as seen in these four tiles. The design or pattern on the first tile begins to disappear little by little as it progresses on to the second and third where on the fourth it is no longer visible. The four tiles can each create a design with a more or less pronounced pattern in an area.
