Eames DSW Chair

The iconic Eames DSW boasts a moulded seat that's designed for every 'body', atop a minimalist maple wood base with black metal struts. Synonomous with mid century American design and the revolution in mass produced furniture, Charles and Ray Eames used low-cost yet durable materials to create super-stylish yet functional furniture; their works have proved to be genuine 'designs for life'; both practical and enduringly desirable. Originally made in fibreglass for the 1950 MOMA Low Cost Furniture design competition, the DSR is now made in matt polypropylene. Each colour in our selection complements each other, so you can mix and match to suit your decor.
