Kokoriko Rotisserie in Miami by SOW Design Studio

A bridge between sustainable design and Eco-friendly cooking has been created by SOW Design Studio in the new Kokoriko rotisserie for Richard Sandoval. It was designed and built with reclaimed barn wood, tree trunks, cement floors and brick walls; the natural fiber lamps came from Barichara. The Colombian recipe menu and free range natural chicken provided inspiration. “We tried to be as responsible as possible keeping in mind the restaurants language and Colombian culture,” says architect Mauricio Villa. “It was a project we really enjoyed and hope will inspire this eco conscious initiative to continue and prove that green design is true design.”
