Sneak Peek: Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, St. Lucia

Following a three-year, multi-million-dollar renovation, the former Jalousie Plantation on St. Lucia reopened as Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort after its original incarnation as an 18th-century sugar mill. The resort has 59 villas and eight beachfront bungalows, as well as 11 revamped rooms, priced from $350 per night.
