10º Step Stool by The Office for Lost Objects

10º Step Stool is a minimalist design created by American-based firm The Office for Lost Objects. With legs canted at 10º, a slot for hanging is also bored at 10º. When hung on an archetypical nail that is pounded into a wall at a slight upward angle, the angled slot allows the step stool to lay flatly against the wall, in harmony. The piece’s signature joinery is a half-dovetail, also angled at 10º. The step stool is handcrafted in Wisconsin.
