Spacious Family Home Inspired By the Birth of Their First Child

The family's first child entered the world as the construction of his future home was well underway. Spreading over three levels, this modern family home known as the V House sums up 354 square meters organized around a central staircase. This important design element was imagined as pivoting the whole floor plan. Agraz Arquitectos imagined the spacious family home in Puerta Plata, Zapopan, Mexico, as a collection of spaces inspiring the new family's next step: The birth of the first child of this family is what generated the direction to try to have the house, stage of family life, remain present in the memories of this small child as the context of laughter and joy, and everything that will form a memorable childhood in this house.
