Void in the Forest by Yoshitaka Uchino YDS Architects

Void in the Forest is a minimal building located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Yoshitaka Uchino & YDS Architects. The main objective was to take in the beautiful greenery around the site, especially due to the buildings proximity to Shakujii Park, which is a famous park in Tokyo. As such, the architects created natural havens throughout the building the form of interior courtyards, and large openings overlooking the park.
