LO House

Placed in a terrain with a privileged view, this house was designed in such a way that takes advantage of the views of the urban landscapes but at the same time providing privacy to the users. The use of simple elements and natural materials are the basic characteristics of the house. The assembly of the volumes allows the use of the spaces and their complete delimitation both visually and spatially. It is distributed in 3 floors: a basement, to take advantage of the natural slope of the land; an entrance plant, only segmented by a central patio which has a water mirror and the view of the urban landscape with an infinity pool. And on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are distributed in such a way that they become private spaces only connected by a hallway, which allows the formation of independent terraces.
